How many designs do I get?
The amount of designs can vary from client to client however, with updates being sent every 2-3 days and an unlimited task queue, as long as your feedback comes quickly we will be able turn around a lot of work.
How do I give feedback?
Feedback can be given one of three ways depending on your workflow and preference. Feedback can either be given by way of Asana, text message, and/or email. We work how you work so it is important to use that you have the opportunity to choose the method that best suites you and your team.
How often am I billed?
Billing starts on the day you sign up and is billed on the same day every month there after unless cancelled. View our terms of service for more info.
Do you do photo & video?
While we do not offer photo and video in our regular packages we do have al a carte photo & video offering for local Utah businesses. If you would like to learn more schedule a call with us.
How can I submit requests?
Requests can be submitted via text message or email. This way we can have a conversation around your requests to make sure we understand every nuance of the task. Tasks are added to the queue the same day they are received so long as it is submitted within operating hours. For operating hours, please look at our support policy.
What is the average timeline?
We promise new updates every 72 hours at the latest however typically updates are sent within 48 hours. We will always communicate complexity of tasks and whether or not a task needs to be broken up into smaller phases.
